This oasis is situated in an older but well maintained and landscaped housing village where there are quite a few vacant lots making it feel open and spacious. The house is on a quiet shaded lane lined with large mature trees. There are empty plots on the front and adjacent sides, as well as a wide scenic canal in the rear. The massive open garden provides further seclusion and peace. Manicured hedges line --e front, and when you walk through the front gate of this pool villa you feel like you’ve come to a resort getaway. The pool’s blue-green tile and flowing water are calming and inviting. Plumeria and large fan trees line --e inside of the property and offer tranquility any time of the day. The 360 walkway and wrap around terrace have excellent landscaping with hedges and planters accompanying them. With automatic soft warm garden lights at night, the atmosphere remains inviting and welcoming even at night.

– Private natural swimming pool (5.6 x 4.5m plus stairs with a depth from 1-1.85 m. A separate elevated jacuzzi sitting area 2.1 x 2.1 m. with a depth of 1 m. that overflows into the main pool as a waterfall feature). This pool uses copper ionization and only minor amounts of chlorine (vs traditional salt/chlorine systems which have much higher chlorine levels) leaving your skin feeling soft instead of dried out.
